How we vet

What "vetted" means here.

Every listed provider (1) is a paid vendor member of the Austin chapter, (2) works with Austin short-term rentals as a core business — not a side line, and (3) is reviewed by the chapter board before listing. Categories welcome multiple providers — the bar is vetting, not scarcity — and listings are re-reviewed annually and removed if member feedback warrants it.
